I was away for 6 weeks in Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Indonesia and Singapore. The highlight of the trip was the week in Vietnam. It is a pity I did not plan for longer there.

Thanks for organizing such a perfect trip. We were absolutely pleased with all the arrangements (guides, cars and food). The service on the junk was also very good and the food there was excellent. We loved Halong Bay, Hoi An, Hue and the Mekong Delta.
 
You'd mentioned that -- "We just get the promotion from Hoian hotel 4* and would like to upgrade your hotel in Hoian from Van loi 3* to Hoian 4*". We still stayed at Van Loi. Was there a change? The Van Loi hotel was also good, so no complaints.
 
I will definitely contact you if I plan to go to Vietnam again or go to Cambodia and/or Laos.

We are now back in New Zealand after a great holiday in Vietnam and Cambodia and a lot of it is thanks to you and your staff. 1st to 23rd May Your choices of hotels and the time we spent in each place was excellent, especially in Nha Trang, Hoian, Sapa, Halong Bay, and Siemreap.
 
A Big thank  you to your choice of guides from May in Sapa, Thuc in Hanoi and a special thanks to Minh in ho Chi Min City he was a gem,even  turned up to help us on his day off they were all good ambassadors to tourism in Vietnam.
 
We were never let down once by any one involved in our holiday.

Thank you for organizing such a wonderful tour and for everything to run so smoothly. Loved Halong Bay, Mekong Delta, floating village. Accommodation was excellent, staff wonderful, food very good, drivers and guides exceptional. Would have loved to have spent more time with the local people and families to find out more about them and would have loved to go to some of the orphanage that Australians support. The only down side was too many temples,I think we had 6 in one day. Would definitely come again and will recommend your company to my friends.

Catherine, her mum, daughter and I had a wonderful trip through Vietnam thanks to your excellent organisation and suggestions for the trip's itinerary.
 
We had great guides and drivers, particularily in Hanoi, Nha Trang and Ho Chi Minh City. They were knowledgable, helpful, reliable and fun to be with. We enjoyed the friendliness of the local people, the sites, the food and the different activities.
There is only one small suggestion we would make should you offer the same itinerary to somebody else, and that is to spend half a day at least at the White Sand Doclet Resort outside Nha Trang, as it is such a beautiful beach, leave for Lak resort in the afternoon, as there would still be enough time the next morning to do the elephant ride and the dug out canoe excursion to visit the Jun and M lieng village before driving back to Buon Ma Thuot.
 
Also please warn anybody stopping at Lang Co Beach not to get taken in by some locals on the beach asking wether they could change some Euro coins for Euro bills. Catherine wanted to be helpful and accepted to change what she thought were 10 Euro coins of 2 Euros each, only to realise later that it was only the top coin on the pile that was a 2 Euros coin and the rest of the pile were some other coins that had exactly the same size and weight than the Euro, but weren't Euros. She wasn't wearing her glasses at the time and didn't realise she was being cheated!!
 
Anyway, we hope very much to be visiting Vietnam again at some stage in the future and will no doubt have you organise the next trip too :-)

Time flying fast, we have already returned from Vietnam for more than a week. We hereby thank you for your perfect arrangement and kind concern during our stay. Although my daughter (before departure for Vietnam) and my wife were not feeling well  during the trip, we still enjoyed everything, the people are friendly and the scenery are beautiful. I and my son also enjoyed the Vietnamese food. We also would like to extend our great appreciation to both tour guides,  Mr. tung in Hanoi/ Ninh Binh and Mr. Hoa in SAPA and the drivers, who are all professional and helpful.
 
If there is opportunity, I would not hesitate to refer your Company to my friends for planning their  trip to Vietnam.

Yes, am back safe and sound!
We enjoyed the whole experience through Vietnam and Cambodia, and I'll  definitely be passing on your contact info to my friends who are  planning to travel to South East Asia.  The itinerary, accommodations,  drivers and guides that we had were exceptional and very accommodating  for changes that we had to make based on the weather (particularly in  Siem Reap). The food selections for lunch and dinner were great as well.
We knew it would be a very hectic pace at the outset, as we were trying to cram a lot of sightseeing in a few days - but very well worth it!
Thanks for organizing the trip - I'll be in touch over the next few  months. I'm looking at doing 1 trip that covers Thailand & Laos, and  another that includes Malaysia and Bali.

Sorry for slow response, we have been very busy with family issues.
Regarding the trip, it was great. Your vehicles & drivers where very good, but your guides made the holiday. Personally for Dianne & myself we came away with very good feelings about Vietnam, believe this was directly due to the guides that went out of there way to help with the little things plus their knowledge & humour was excellent.
We will be visiting Hanoi & Sapa again & look forward to booking through Asia View again. It was very nice to meet you personally at the King Ly hotel, always good to put a face to the emails & bookings.

Thanks very much for organising the trip for our family. We had a great 3 weeks holiday in Vietnam and Cambodia.
The level of service we received from the tour guides, drivers, restaurants, and hotel accommodation were all fantastic. We could not have asked for any more.
My family and I appreciate all the hard work you had put into our trip. The 22 days went smoothly as per our itinerary.
The cities and places that we had visited were all amazing. We love the beautiful beaches Vung Tau, Nha Trang, Hoi An, Hue and Ha Long bay in Vietnam and the famous temples Angkor Wat & Angkor Thom in Siemreap.
I would like to personally thank you for spending time with my family over dinner and appreciate the several phone call check-ups making sure we're all ok.
I'll no doubt be recommending you and your company to my friends should the consider visiting Vietnam or Cambodia.
