Have arrived home in Australia after a long flight and some bad weather.
We would like to say thank you for a wonderful holiday, it was everything we expected and more.
Our guides were very knowledgeable and polite, the drivers were good and very careful.
In Ho Chi Min City the hotel was perfect, well situated as we could walk to many shops, the huge market and several sites around the city.
Our guide, Mr Quang, was very informative, polite and courteous, he was always on time, and very helpful about money, places to eat and shop. He found places for us to purchase photographic supplies and made sure we were careful with our belongings and money.
The Mekong Delta trip to the islands was interesting and fascinating, our lunch was a little disappointing
The trip to Long Tan was longer than expected (in time), but well worth it, the local guide was very good, and he knew the sites well, and also sensitive to what we needed to see and photograph.
We enjoyed the diversity of each area, South, Central and North Vietnam. We especially loved Sapa (even though it was cold and foggy), our guide Mr Hoa was lovely, showing us his own village and people. The ‘rock ‘n roll express (train trip) was great, would recommend getting the 2 berth cabin though. Loved our guide in Hanoi, “Kevin”, looked after us so well.
Enjoyed our time in Lao, a different pace to Vietnam, not so hectic, loved Luang Prabang, quiet and sedate, the Guesthouse was tops!
Cambodia, the temples, we saw so many, our guide in Siem Reap, San Hok, was especially attentive, he made sure we got to temples before the crowds, stopped for special photo’s when requested and generally looked after us well.
Its hard to sum up, but you did a fantastic tour for us, the hotels were great, lovely rooms, well sited, friendly well spoken staff and great meals. All the guides and drivers provided were exceptional, so helpful, rearranging tours when plane timetables changed – which meant we didn’t miss anything – well done!!!! And we still had plenty of free time to do our own thing, shopping was great and the meals were so good – and so much food.
Would not hesitate for one second to recommend yourself and your company to anyone wanting to visit Vietnam, Lao or Cambodia, once again, thank you and well done!.

It was wonderful to meet you in Hanoi also. It was nice to be able to thank you in person for all the organising that you did for us.
We were so pleased with everything from Asia View.  All of the Hotels were good. The Sunrise at Nha trang was a great surprise.
The guides were all, so very good and informative. The tour programs were also good-we had plenty of time to see and enjoy everything.
We will be recommending Asia View to all of our friends when they travel to Vietnam and Cambodia.

Today we are back in Australia and off to work.
But before the daily hassles start again, I thought I would take this opportunity to extend on behalf of the four of us, our gratitude and appreciation for an excellent tour arranged and conducted by Asia View.
It is seldom these days to encounter the professionalism and attitude of employees and contractors such as yours. The manner and attention to detail, courteousness and patience exhibited by all your Guides was outstanding. Some Australians could take note of the Vietnamese work ethic.
Please post my comments wherever you feel they could be of benefit because you certainly went above
and beyond our expectations.
 
Next time we visit, (as you might remember our daughter missed out on the trip this occasion), we will contact you without hesitation.
Mr Chau from HCMC asked me to send him e-mail on any of our feedback, this I will do as soon as I sort
out our paperwork and find his address again. I have to say that as well as the above comments, Mr Chau’s
enthusiasm and sense of humour made us all feel at home in Vietnam from day 1.

Thanks for writing. We arrived in Hanoi yesterday and are staying at the Sunny Hotel,  in the Badinh Dist,. We will be here until 14 May when we move into The Metropole in the Central District. We'll be there until the morning of the 17th when we leave for home. If you have time for a lunch or a morning or afternoon coffee, I would love to meet you and thank you personally for doing such a good job. I don't know which location would be better for you.

We loved the trip on the river. The boat was good, the crew was good, the cook was great, the scenery was fabulous. We have recommended it to our friends and we have friends who live in Saigon who are also interested in such a trip. Having the boat entirely to ourselves was a real treat. The boats that transferred us between PhnomPenh and Chau Doc was perfect and the young woman who was in charge of us was fabulous. The car that picked us up in My Tho was clean, the guide spoke good English and we arrived in Saigon in a flash. It was over all to quickly, but remains one of the definite high points of this trip. The captain of the boat was dependable, knew the river well and his skills in boat handling were very reassuring. I have spent a fair amount of time on boats and when I saw the river traffic I was at first concerned that he be skilled or else we could have been in trouble. But his actions quickly put me at ease. The food on the boat was absolutely superb. I think you should advertise that chef's trips as a Gourmet Cruise. He's first class. And I liked the combination of Vietnamese lunch and western dinners. It gave him a chance to show off his skills. Everything in the cabin worked as it should. It took us a day to figure out that we had to turn on the hot water in the shower and a grab rail in the shower would be helpful as the floor get slick when wet. But no complaints. Oh, I would have liked it if the captain had marked each days progress on the nautical chart so we'd have some idea of where we were.
Thanks for asking and I'm also recommending you to all our friends. Everything you promised happened. On time, cost what you said it would and was done by people who know how to do their jobs. They live up to your standards, Tu Quyen. Good for you. Let me know about meeting in Hanoi. Martha

I am writing to thank you and all of your staff for the wonderful holiday my family enjoyed in Vietnam. We had heard from friends who had been before about the wonderful scenery, the great fresh food, wonderful shopping and the kindness of the Vietnamese people but until we experienced all this and more you cannot really understand what a wonderful holiday experience this creates.
 
We found all the staff from Asia View travel very helpful and the service in arranging tickets and excursions was the best travel experience we have had over many years of International Travel.
 
My particular thanks goes to the 4 guides and the amazing drivers we had. Each guide was very courteous and made my family feel welcome from the first meeting. They shared their local knowledge and when asked provided recommendations for places to eat and shop and were able to give a full explanation of all the places we visited on our tour days. I would eagerly recommend them to any other Australians who may be travelling, they truly added to the experience making us feel like friends not just clients.
 
From the South to the North we were fortunate to enjoy good weather and meet many kind and welcoming Vietnamese people.
 
Hoping one day to return to your wonderful country and explore some of the other regions in your amazing homeland

I just wanted to write to you and say we enjoyed our holiday very much! We were very happy with the tour and services you supplied in every part of Vietnam and loved the places we stayed! I will definataly be reccommending you to everyone I know :) Our only comment we have and its nothing big was our last tour guide in Ho Chi Minh was a little hard to understand but still, he was a fantastic tour guide and a very nice guy. 
But thank you for everything and we will be sure to use you again if we go to Cambodia or come back to Vietnam!

We are now back in our home in Spain after a fantastic vacation in Vietnam and Cambodia. We wish to thank you for the time and effort you and your team  put into our trip to make it a most memorable experience, the guides, drivers and their transport were of high standard, all of which had a high standard in  there knowledge of there country and of the sites of which they guided.The hotels which were part of the trip were of excellent quality and the services they provided were all carried out with the utmost courtesy and the broadest of smiles,(we just loved it). The train Journey we would not have missed,(being in the middle of Tet holiday,our timing was perfect).
Our R&R! on Phu Quoc in the Thien Hai Son was wonderful so restful after the busy pace of our mainland tour, a place to absorb all that we had seen.
The Cambodian adventure guides,drivers hotels and sight seeing excursions were of the same excellent quality.
Thanks once again for the planning of a fantastic trip, I will recommend your services to anybody.
